WOOOOOOOOOOO! Finaly a smoker that can cook as good as a commercial smoker. I had a bbq business and bought many other smokers trying to produce the same product and could not. I bought the extra big green egg and could not get what I was looking for and took a chance on a little orion smoker and wow what a smoker. Light it and leave it.
