I am really enjoying my Orion Cooker. It does a great job on chicken, brisket, ribs, and pork shoulder (I haven't tried a whole turkey yet). I cooked 18 lbs of brisket at one time (a 10# on the bottom rack and a 8# on the middle rack), and followed the recipe in the book for 14#s - it turned out great! Here is a tip: you can cook a large (7# or 8#) beef chuck 7-bone roast and use the brisket recipe with excellent results. One last comment: I had a small problem with my cooker, and called customer service - they took care of it immediately with no questions asked! This is a great company.W. Perry Monument, CO
