Wow thats all I can say, used to take hours to smoke ribs. Never had enough time to set every thing up. Now 10 minutes or less I'm cooking Great ribs. I don't put any luiquids in my drip pan food just comes out perfect. Can't wait till football season now I can smoke ribs at tailgate partys and still be able to visit with friends.
