I have been experimenting with various methods for cooking ribs for years. I have boiled, marinated, slow cooked, smoked and grilled in every imaginable combination during that time. After my first batch of ribs in this cooker...I am done with experimenting. I take 6 racks of ribs, rub them with honey, dry rub and put them in the cooker. I hr and 15 min later, we have perfection. If people like them wet, put some sauce on em, but there is no need to. Truely incredible.....thats all I can say. YOU MUST TRY THIS COOKER!Pat
